Terms and Conditions – Express Clean Gorey

Note:

The time a vehicle takes to clean is determined by a number of factors; namely the size and condition of the vehicle. If you have strict time requirements, we recommend you contact us by phone before booking. This website is owned by Express Clean Gorey. The Car Valeting Service is operated by the Agent on behalf of Express Clean Gorey. Bookings can be made by persons aged 18 years or over.

1. Definition
The following words shall have the following meanings in these Conditions:
Agent/Express Clean: means the location at which the valeting takes place.
Booking: Means the booking made for Car Valeting Services by You.
Car Valeting Services: Means the car valeting services provided by the Agent on behalf of Express Clean Gorey.
Conditions: Means these terms and conditions for Car Valeting Services at Express Clean Gorey Locations.
You: Means the individual, firm, company or other party contracting with Express Clean Gorey for Car Wash & Valeting Services.
2. On arrival, your vehicle will be checked into the Express Clean Gorey section of the Car Park via the standard entry procedure. If your car already damaged or facing some mechanical issue, please inform us otherwise the Express Clean Gorey will not be responsible.
3. It is the responsibility of the vehicle owner/driver to check baby/booster seats are correctly secured before putting children in them. If you do not want the baby/booster seats removed you must notify management prior to work starting and have that noted on your receipt. It is extremely important that you check all baby/booster seats before leaving Express Clean Valet. Express clean/Valet accepts no responsibility for ill-fitted baby/booster seats. For safety reason we don’t remove the baby seat if you want to remove it please tell us then u r the responsible to fit it back.
4. You are responsible for removing all items from your vehicle. You should place all child car seats in the boot. Express Clean Gorey shall not remove or tamper with any car seats that are not placed in the boot and will avoid this area of the vehicle when providing the Car Valeting Services. Express Clean Gorey and/or the Agent may need to move any car seat placed within the boot to provide the Car Valeting Services but shall treat such items with care and replace in the boot if moved. Express Clean Gorey and/or the Agent shall accept no liability in relation to child car seats. You are strongly advised to check the condition of any child car seat(s) prior to departing the Express Clean Gorey to ensure it remains fit for purpose.
5. Express clean Gorey cannot accept responsibility for any loss, theft or damage of any vehicle or vehicle’s contents whilst parked within the car park.
6. We cannot accept responsibility for any mechanical or electrical fault that may occur during the valeting process.
7. Any vehicle claims cannot be considered unless they are reported prior to departure from the Express Clean Gorey location. Express Clean Gorey accepts no liability for loss or damage unless such damage is proved to be caused by our negligence or the negligence of our Agent.
8. Express clean Gorey cannot accept liability for any damaged body work which has not been brought to the attention of our staff and noted on your docket.
9. Express clean Gorey cannot accept liability for any interior damage, which has not been pointed out to our staff and noted on your docket.
10. If you book a valet appointment within 24 hours of your booking time, it is your responsibility to contact us on +353851093777 if you want to cancel it. Because we don’t have the option to cancel it through online. This condition is just for those customers who booking within 24 hours.
11. By availing of Express Clean Gorey you are giving Express Clean Gorey employees and management permission to drive your vehicle for the purposes of valeting. We may leave your car running during the valeting process to aid with drying the car.
12. During your service, agents of our franchise operators will carry out the Car Valet Services in a designated cleaning zone. On return, your vehicle will be waiting for you to collect via the normal exit procedures.
13. The Agent uses gentle, non-abrasive and environmentally friendly cleaning products to ensure your vehicle gets the best possible care. Should you have any concerns about the cleaning products used, please contact Express Clean Gorey on +353851093777 or email: [email protected].
14. Express Clean Gorey do not and will not provide window washer or engine oil to your vehicle or complete any auto-electrical or mechanical work to your vehicle.
15. All valuables must be removed from your vehicle before the car is dropped to Express Clean. Any additional items in the vehicle must be placed in and locked in the glove box (we do not clean or need access to the vehicles glove box during the valeting process and view it as a private area in the vehicle).
16. Payment shall be made at the time of making the Booking online/ if you prefer you can choose the option – Cash on Delivery but you must pay Minimum 20 Eur on Booking Time. The price you pay is the price accepted and confirmed by you during the online booking process. All prices are in Euro and include Value Added Tax and all applicable taxes.
17. You must not resell, assign or transfer any Booking (in whole or in part).
18. Express Clean Gorey only collect the necessary details to make an appointment for our customers. All payment details are hidden and will not be shared with the third parties.
19. Express Clean Gorey prides itself on its standards of service, however you should be unhappy with the service, you should advise our agents of any issues prior to leaving the Valeting location where they can be dealt with at time of discovery.
20. Express Clean Gorey reserves the right, without notice, to amend the specification of the products or services presented on this site and to discontinue any product or service.
21. Express Clean Gorey reserves the right to cancel a Booking at any time prior to delivery of the Car Valeting Services due to non-availability of the Agent’s staff/goods, subject to the payment of a full refund to any affected customer.
22. Express Clean Valet and is fully entitled to modify, amend, change or terminate any of Terms and Conditions and/or any of the facilities and/or any of the services offered through this Website. or any of the platforms; services; products contained at any time and from time to time, for any reason and without notice and without any liability to you. Your continued use of the Website shall signify your acceptance of any amendments; modifications; changes or revisions to our Terms and Conditions.
